Treatment Philosophy

When it comes to patient care, Dr. Gary Mannarino treats everyone how he himself wants to be treated. Meet Dr. Gary Mannarino

Education

Dr. Gary Mannarino didn’t need to travel far to study to become a dentist. Born and raised in Windsor, he first obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Windsor in 1990. Four years later, in 1994, he achieved his doctorate from the nearby University of Detroit. Then he completed a General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Ohio at the University of Toledo. He has been in private practice ever since.

Home Life

When he’s not helping improve countless smiles as a family dentist in Windsor, Dr. Gary Mannarino is actively involved in his community. He is a past president of the Essex County Dental Society. He is currently an Ontario Dental Association (ODA) councillor and a member of the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association – the “business voice of the Italian Canadian community.” Dr. Gary Mannarino enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, and following the Formula 1 racing scene.

Dr. Gary Mannarino also enjoys spending time with family and friends. Since he’s fluent in Italian, he finds it easy to connect with his patients who speak the language.

Stefanie, Registered Dental Hygienist

Before graduating from St. Clair College’s Certified Level II Dental Assistant program, Stefanie achieved a Bachelor of Science degree (major in biology) from the University of Windsor. In 2014, she became certified in standard clinical proficiency soft tissue laser.

As a child, her positive experiences at the dentist’s office and her own orthodontic treatment influenced her career path. She has been in the hygiene field since 1999.

Her favourite aspects of her job are working alongside wonderful colleagues (she’s a true team player!) and helping people like you understand the importance of optimal dental and oral health as well as the benefits to your overall well-being. Her approach is to provide excellence in personal and professional service – in a comfortable, caring, and gentle manner – and to enhance the quality of patients’ lives.

Brittany, Registered Dental Hygienist

As a dental hygienist, Brittany loves helping patients understand the importance of oral health and how it impacts overall health. She chose to work in dentistry because she was fond of it at an early age.

As for her treatment philosophy, Brittany is a strong believer in seeing the dentist regularly to protect your oral and overall health and save money on your smile in the long run.

Amanda, Dental Assistant

Amanda also grew up in Windsor and decided to stay in the city because it’s where she was raised and she wanted to contribute to the health of its people. As a child, she grew fond of the dentist’s office … and dentistry was something that always interested her.

Amanda is adamant that everyone deserves access to quality dental care – and patients should always get the best care from their dentist. She finds it very gratifying to develop relationships with patients and her co-workers.

Staci, Dental Assistant

Born and raised in Windsor, Staci graduated from St. Clair College and has worked in dentistry for more than two decades.

Ever since she was little, she has had fond memories of going to the dentist … it was her happy place, a place she could connect with others.

Staci believes that by putting a patient’s well-being above everything, all else will fall into place. She helps Dr. Mannarino, your family dentist in Windsor, provide excellent care to patients. In doing so, she ensures their comfort during every appointment and answers their questions. She wants everyone to feel better after treatment than before they came in. Staci chose to live, work, and play in Windsor because she’s well-connected in the community and she wanted to give back in her own way.
